An inspector assigned to this case left a note: upon arriving at 344-48 n bell ave , i was there to do a follow up from 03/20/2008, & still i observed about 140 cubic yards of c & d debris that was illegally dumped here i also observed several dump trucks & construction equipment/material on the site the c & d debris waste consisted of concrete chucks, soil, wood, metals, bricks, rubber & plastics i also observed trash, garbage, & other material lying all over the property's floor the site was secured & no one was on site i found that the trucks were registered to mcclafferty construction of 1250 n greenview ave chicago il 60622 they are the owner's of the property i then issued citation e000010560 14 for dumping on real estate without a permit (7-28-440) & for person responsible for the waste removal (11-4-1585[a}) i also issued citation e000010561 15 for nuisance in connection with a business (7-28-080) & for waste handling facility/permit required (11-4-250) the hearing date will be on july 24, 2008 at 2:00 p m at 400 w superior st note: on 05/05/2008, went to their office at 1250 n greenview & served manus mcclafferty the citations i also told him that they have to remove the waste as soon as possible .
