The 2008 International Women's Leadership Conference provides participants a unique opportunity to network with the 1,200 attendees and hear inspirational stories. The fifth annual Conference, hosted by Governor Linda Lingle, is proud to share the perspectives of a renowned group of international women speakers from eleven different nations.

Women have led positive change in our culture for centuries and together, we will continue to foster the development of our current and future female leaders. Through the motivation and growth of Hawai‘i’s women, the 2008 IWLC speakers, sponsors and attendees are making a difference in the lives of future generations.

Together, we are sharing Perspectives, Reflections and Visions for a Global Community.

Quotes from the 2007 Conference:

  • “Thank you for bringing such inspiration to me. Can’t wait till next year!”

  • “Give more women the opportunity to attend this kind of conference.”

  • “I will take with me the memory of my first International Women’s Leadership Conference and all the wonderful and amazing women who came to share with us a little bit of them. I would love to attend next year’s conference!”
